Payment
• Payment should be paid half (50%) or full payment in advance to book slot. Full payment should be paid after sketch is approved.
• USD payment via paypal.
• Invoice will be sent for payment via paypal, please provide your paypal email.
• IDR payment via bank transfer or gopay.
• IDR payment is STRICTLY for Indonesian clients only.
• There is a 10% charge of fee and tax for international clients.
• There is a bank transfer and gopay fee for local clients.
• Commissions rates may change overtime.Process & Delivery
• Please provide me clear description and photo references of your request.
• After we discussed and reached aggrement of your request, please pay half or full payment to book a slot. Then I will proceed to work on the sketch.
• I will send you the sketch and you can request for 3 major revisions at this stage. Once the sketch is approved, please pay the remaining half payment. Then I will proceed to work on the rest of commission.
• I will keep you updated to the process of the work. Update review will depend on complexity of the work.
• I will send you the watermarked commission and you can request for 2 minor revisions at this stage. You may ask for extra revisions with an extra charge. Once the final commission is approved, I will send you the final high resolution commission via email.
• Delivery usually takes up to 1-4 weeks. Though it may be vary depending on complexity, current workload, and personal reasons. If there anything comes up that delay the delivery, I will let you know as soon as possible!Copyrights & Usage
• Commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. Please contact me for commercial use.
• I have the rights to reject any request that made me uncomfortable/cannot fulfilled.
• All commission work will be included in my portfolio and posted online. Please let me know in advance if you feel uncomfortable with this.
• I retain all full copyrights of my artwork, including sketches, concept, and final artwork.
• I will NOT profit from your commission piece any further.
• I STRICTLY don't give permission for my work to be used in blockchain tokenization (NFTs) and AI learning machine.
• You may upload the commission piece online with the watermarked artwork and credit to the artist.
• You are NOT allowed to profit (reselling and redistributin in any form) from the commission piece unless we have discussed and aggreed on commercial usage.
• You are NOT allowed to trace or heavy reference of the commission piece and claim it as your own work.
• You are NOT allowed to alter the commission piece without my consent, including removing my watermark.Cancellation & Refund Policy
• You may cancel and ask for a refund if I haven't started to work on the commission yet.
• You may not ask for refund if you are unsatisfied with the finish artwork. Please use the revision chances as mentioned to make changes to your liking before I finalized the work. If there have any missed or mistake I made to the final work, I will work on it without any extra charge.
• If for any reason I am unable to finish the commission, I will fully refund you.
